This second-generation film is a complete reformulation of the original Phoenix, with redesigned layers, new dyes, couplers, and an innovative layer structure. While less unpredictable, it maintains distinct analog charm with increased exposure latitude and improved scanning compatibility, though precise exposure remains important for best results.
